BBQ Salmon With Oven Fries

The oven is your friend on busy weekday nights!

We washed a total of 1 cutting board, knife, and sheetpan, which I would call a win :)

Ingredients:

- Salmon (Trader Joe's has BBQ cut salmon that are the already portioned)

- BBQ Sauce

- 1 russet potato

- Salad (romaine lettuce, tomato, corn, grilled onions)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay the salmon fillets onto a baking tray, drizzle over olive oil, and sprinkle salt on top. Bake on the bottom oven rack for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is flaky when you cut it with a fork.

Cut the potato into thin sticks. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and Trader Joe's BBQ seasoning. Bake them in the oven on the top rack for 15 minutes. Flip the fries over with a spatula and raise the oven temp to 425 once the salmon is done.

Plate the salmon with your favorite BBQ sauce and enjoy!
